Hey Thundrbros. Most of you have no idea who I am. My name is John and I am the CEO here of Thundrbro & Alpha Babe. I'm alos an ex-affiliate owner, still coach Olympic weightlifting as well as CrossFit in my spare time, and have been an avid gym rat my whole life. I started as a trainer / coach over 20 years ago at Gold's Gym and though I have worked in different industries since then I have always maintained a high level of passion for the fitness world and what it does for people.

I wanted to share a significant personal development with you all—my decision to start hormone replacement therapy (HRT). As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, coach, and CEO of Thundrbro, it was a tough realization when I started experiencing unexplained fatigue, weight gain, and a noticeable dip in motivation and vitality. These symptoms crept up on me, disrupting my usual active lifestyle and dedication to peak performance.

After some reflection and concern, I finally decided to explore HRT. The tipping point came during a conversation with my wife and our founder, Dave Lipson. Dave shared his own journey with HRT, explaining how it had positively impacted his health and vitality as he aged. Hearing his experiences and insights helped me understand that HRT isn't just about reversing symptoms—it's about optimizing health and longevity.

I'll be sharing my experiences openly and honestly in an ongoing series, detailing the ups and downs of my journey with HRT.
