Looking for something delicious and macro nutrient friendly to start the day? Tired of just another Ninja Creami smoothie in the morning (don't get us wrong we do love our Ninja Creami), this recipe is exactly what you need. 

A favorite with the entire team here at Alpha Babe / Thundrbro HQ these Paleo Pancakes are easy to make, gluten free, and perfect to help you charge into the day fueled properly without destroying your nutrition goals.

SERVES 4

Nutrition facts (per serving): 23g protein; 37g carbs; 13g fat

INGREDIENTS:

For the pancakes:

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

For each serving:

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup egg whites
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. honey

MAKING THE PANCAKES:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you have a smooth texture. Pour one-quarter of the batter into a nonstick skillet over medium heat. When the first pancake is cooked, set it aside and repeat with the remaining batter to make three more pancakes.

SERVING:

Use the same nonstick skillet that you used for the pancakes to cook the eggs as you like. When the eggs are cooked, put them on a plate, add one of the pancakes, and top it with the blueberries and honey.
