WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR
This program is for those serious about putting on real muscle that looks good and performs good in just three months with hard work and nutrition.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED
You will need at least three days a week and about 70min a day.
WHERE SHOULD I TRAIN
You can train in a well equipped home gym (sub bands for cable work if needed), your local CrossFit affiliate or a globogym.

Dumbbells and / or Kettlebells, Barbell, Plates, Squat Rack, Bench, Bands, Cable Machines
