Leg day Part 1:
Tempo Step-Up + Plyo step-up
Set 1: 15 step-up with 2 sec down directly into 15 step-up jump
Set 2: 15 step-up with 2 sec down directly into 15 step-up jump
Set 3: 3 times through: 5 Tempo step-up (2 sec up / 2 sec down) directly into 5 step-up jump (30 repetitions total)
Set 4: 3 times through: 5 Tempo step-up (2 sec up / 2 sec down) directly into 5 step-up jump (30 repetitions total)
* execute all repetitions on one leg before moving to the other leg.
Rest 90 sec between sets and 30 sec between leg
Leg day Part 2:
B stance good morning + Single leg Hip thrust
Set 1: 12 B stance good morning with a 3 sec down / 1 sec hold at the bottom

12 Hip thrust with a 2 sec up/2 sec hold at the top/ 2 sec down tempo
Set 2: 10 B stance good morning with a 2 sec down / 1 sec hold at the bottom
-- directly into--
15 Hip thrust with a double contraction at the top (go down all the way, come back up, come down half way, come back up = 1 rep)
Set 3: 10 B stance good morning with a 2 sec down/ 2 sec up tempo into 20 B stance good morning pulse halfway up
-- directly into--
10 Hip thrust with a 2 sec down/ 2 sec up tempos into 20 pulse halfway up into max hold at the top
Set 4: 10 B stance good morning with a 2 sec down/ 2 sec up tempo into 20 B-stance good morning pulse halfway up

10 Hip thrust with a 2 sec down/ 2 sec up tempos into 20 pulse halfway up into max hold at the top
Rest 90 sec - 2 minutes between set
High Intensity Workout:
4 rounds
10 push-up shoulder taps
10 tuck-crunch to V-up
