Selecting the Right Track for You
Selecting the right tracks starts with looking at your goals. Are you wanting to Get Huge? Is your goal to join the military or law enforcement? Are you an athlete looking to improve your performance?
Next of course will be what kind of equipment do you have access to? Do you have access to a fully equipped CrossFit or garage gym? Do you need to maximize results using minimal equipment like dumbbells or what you find in hotels because you travel so often for work? Finally how much time do you have each week to commit to yourself and achieving your goals? In a perfect world we would all have as much time as we want during any given day to spend with the iron, but real life isn't always accommodating of what we want.
