The Thundrbro Athletic Development Program is the premier training system for high school and college athletes who want to maximize their strength, speed, power, and confidence. Whether the goal is making varsity, earning a college scholarship, or going pro, this program gives athletes the tools, guidance, and mentorship they need to reach the next level.

Led by Dave Lipson, a world-renowned strength and conditioning coach with experience training athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NASCAR, Formula One, as well as entertainers and movie stars, and Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, CrossFit Games Champion and “Fittest Woman on Earth,” this program combines elite physical development, mindset coaching, and recovery principles to create complete, next-level athletes.

The Edge Your Athlete Needs

Most young athletes have talent, but raw talent alone isn’t enough to dominate. To compete at the highest level, athletes must develop both the hardware (muscle size, strength, and power) and software (central nervous system efficiency, motor control, and mental toughness) of performance.

At Thundrbro, we focus on:

  • Central Nervous System Development – enhancing motor unit recruitment, rate of force development, and inter- and intramuscular coordination so the brain communicates with the body at the highest level.

  • Strength & Size Training – building elite muscle mass and strength to create the “men amongst boys” presence that coaches notice.

  • Explosive Power – incorporating plyometrics, Olympic lift progressions, sprints, and throws to enhance speed, reactivity, and athleticism.

  • Injury Prevention & Recovery – using tissue prep, PRehab principles, contrast therapy, and lymphatic flush techniques to keep athletes healthy and performing at their best.

  • Mindset & Character – developing discipline, resilience, and leadership through Bible-based lessons, spiritual reflection, and mentorship from world-class athletes.

Complete Training System:

Each day of training is structured to ensure maximum results and long-term development:

1. Tissue Prep & Pre-hab

Every session begins with mobility and prehab techniques to prepare joints and muscles for high-intensity work, reduce the risk of injury, and ensure athletes are ready to perform at their peak.

2. Dynamic Warm-Up

Athletes perform movement-specific exercises that heat tissues, prime the core, and activate stabilizing muscles that translate directly to field performance.

3. Plyometrics & Explosive Movement

Training incorporates jumps, sprints, throws, and Olympic lift progressions designed to improve explosiveness, reactivity, and power output. These movements train the CNS to fire more efficiently while developing speed and athletic responsiveness.

4. Conjugate Strength Training

Athletes rotate between max-effort lifts for top-end strength and dynamic-effort lifts to enhance speed and neuromuscular efficiency. Core lifts include squats, presses, and hinges, with variations to maximize growth, stability, and power.

5. Auxiliary Hypertrophy Work

Hypertrophy work ensures athletes gain muscle size and durability, creating the physique and functional strength that makes a difference on the field. Building the body to match elite-level expectations is critical for confidence and performance.

6. Metabolic Conditioning

Conditioning is incorporated to develop stamina, endurance, and sport-specific cardiovascular capacity, ensuring athletes can maintain high-level performance for the entire game.

Elite Nutrition & Supplement Coaching:

Physical training is only part of the equation. Athletes also gain access to custom nutrition coaching:

  • Fully personalized diet plans based on goals and current performance

  • Macro- and calorie-specific programming for precise results

  • Micronutrient-rich foods to enhance recovery, energy, and performance

  • Weekly check-ins with Dave to track progress and make real-time adjustments

  • Safe, effective supplement recommendations to support training and health

Mindset & Character Development:

At Thundrbro, athletic development goes beyond the physical. Every session ends with a short Bible study and discussion, connecting spiritual lessons to training, performance, and life. Athletes develop discipline, resilience, and leadership — qualities that translate to the field, the classroom, and their communities.

By combining mental toughness, character development, and elite-level physical training, Thundrbro creates athletes who stand out not only for their performance but also for their integrity and maturity.

Regeneration & Recovery:

Athletes also gain access to recovery-focused sessions, including:

  • Contrast therapy (hot & cold)

  • Lymphatic flush techniques

  • Regeneration mobility workouts

These methods accelerate recovery, reduce soreness, and keep athletes performing at their best, both in training and in competition.

Small Groups for Maximum Attention

Training groups are limited to five athletes, ensuring each athlete receives personalized coaching and guidance. Before starting, Dave conducts evaluations to assess the athlete’s current abilities, long-term goals, and individualized performance strategies.

Parents are encouraged to attend the first session to meet Dave and Camille, discuss goals, and see the program firsthand.

Program Access Anytime, Anywhere

Athletes can continue following workouts, logging nutrition, and tracking progress through the Thundrbro App, making it easy to train at home, on the road, or remotely. Nutrition check-ins, meal logs, and supplement tracking are also accessible in the app, so athletes never miss a beat — even if they’re not in the local area.

Packages for Every Athlete

We offer three flexible options:

  1. Pay-Per-Session – $50 per session
    Perfect for athletes looking for supplemental or trial training.

  2. Unlimited Training – $300 per month
    Access all in-person sessions (4 lifting days + 1 recovery day per week), priority scheduling, and app tracking.

  3. Comprehensive Coaching – $500 per month
    Includes unlimited training, full nutrition and supplement coaching, weekly check-ins, recovery guidance, and complete access to the Thundrbro App. This is ideal for athletes ready for maximum development and results.

All new athletes receive their first session free to meet Dave and Camille, experience the program, and determine if it’s the right fit.

Scholarships, Community Service, and Charity Initiatives:

10% of our proceeds go back to local charity initiatives. Three scholarship spots are available each quarter, offering athletes access to the program in exchange for community service and charity work. This allows talented athletes who may not have full resources to experience world-class coaching while giving back.
