WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR

The Muscle Anarchy Hybrid Athlete program is for anyone seeking continuous progress in strength, muscle, and endurance—whether you’re a first responder or military operator needing peak performance, an athlete chasing elite physical capacity, or someone over 40 looking to reclaim your fitness, strength, and vitality. This program adapts to every age and fitness level, empowering you to look, feel, and perform your best.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED

You will need around 70-90 minutes, and a lot of sweat, maybe some tears. But in the end it is all worth it.

WHERE SHOULD I TRAIN

You can train in a well equipped home gym (sub bands for cable work if needed), your local CrossFit affiliate or a globogym that has kettlebells and barbells. You may also need a track to run on depending on the day.

EQUIPMENT NEEDS

Kettlebells, Barbell, Plates, Squat Rack, Bench, Bands, Cable Machines, Rower, Assault Bike, Track or Assault Runner
